History of the Black Hills Motorcycle Show

The BHMS enjoys a rich history of being held in Rapid City, SD for over 3 decades. After the pandemic of 2020, Jason Mook from Deadwood Custom Cycles started making inquiries on how to restore the Black Hills Motorcycle Show to its former glory. Jason and his wife Charlie now own the BHMS, and decided it had to be in the town of Deadwood, and at one of the most beautiful venues in the City. The Black Hills Motorcycle Show is working to be the premiere regional motorcycle show in the Midwest.

Our Mission

RAISE MONEY FOR A WORTHY CAUSE

Raise funds for Sacred Mountain Retreat Center (SMRC) to support them in their mission of helping veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD.

SPARK INTEREST IN THE LOCAL V-TWIN INDUSTRY

Get people excited about V-Twin motorcycles, and all the lifestyle has to offer. This is a show for all of us in the Black Hills, who live and work here, to enjoy all things motorcycles.

SHOWCASE THE LOCAL & V-TWIN BASED BUSINESS COMMUNITY

This show is about the Black Hills community and showcasing our great local businesses and what they have to offer. We are proud to include local as well as American V-Twin industry vendors to promote their products and services at our show.
